Christmas present scarf
October 10th. - November 26th.

Last Christmas grandson Dan gave me a skein of "Smooshy" - hand dyed superwash merino, cashmere and nylon sock yarn weight by Dream Yarns. I started knitting with it early in October when I needed something portable to take to my weekly knitting group.

Here it is washed and spread out to dry. No pins were necessary as it didn't need to be stretched.

Modeled by "Neil the scarf bear." The pattern was a modification of the North Star Scarf in the book Arctic Lace by Donna Druchunas.

It will roll like this when worn. It is very soft and will be a pleasure to wear.
