This amazing blossom is a tulip on a very short stem. The deer must have eaten it last year.

A hand full of these orange tulips have escaped the deer also. We have many tulips with "stumps" where their blossoms should be.

This is a snakes head fritillaria. Last year there were only a couple. This year there are several, so they are multiplying. Apparently bees like them.

The hellebores have been blooming for a while, but this one still has several blossoms.

One of several kinds of daffodils scattered around the yard.

And some grape hyacinth that we planted last fall.
