We have several Stargazer lilies planted in 2016. This one is very close to the street and its survival depends on the wires protecting it from the deer.

We thought that the deer didn't like daylilies - wrong - the only blossoms left on this one are those that snuck inside the lily cage.

These daylilies are in the back yard protected from the deer by a fence.

We will soon have some really large tomatoes.

And some cherry tomatoes. They like the heat so we're hoping that they start to ripen soon!

Back in the lily cages beside the driveway - the shorter varieties are starting to bloom.

The yucca blossoms are now so tall that they almost hide our sign.

This blossom is very large - about eight inches across.

One more new lily blossom. That's the leaf of a tall poppy shading it.
