Still Fall

This is a miniature Japanese maple that moved with us from Kelowna in a pot. It stayed very small in the pot, but took off when we turned it "free" in the ground.

Next door there is an "ancient redwood", which loses its needles in the fall. This one sprouted in our flower bed last year, so we have potted it - now to decide where to replant a tree that will become VERY large.
