8 lbs tomatoes, 4 bell peppers, 4 banana peppers, 9 jalapeno peppers, 2 Thai chili peppers, 1 cooking onion, 3 huge cloves of garlic, salt, vinegar, lime juice, sugar, oregano, parsley, and Hungarian paprika. Put in pot and stir with big spoon!

It's finally boiling. This has been moved to a smaller pot as the volume reduced as it cooked.

19 jars filled and ready to be processed in the canner. We would have used fewer, larger jars, but this was what we had on hand from previous years.
