We planted a new clematis beside the garage last year and it is starting to bloom.

Over at the arch in the front yard, the second clematis is blooming.

This one is a single similar to the white one, except that it has pinky mauve stripes.

In the greenhouse a cherry tomato has already set some tomatoes!

In the back yard, the small rhododendrons that struggle to survive are blooming. This one had only two blossoms last year. This year it has nine!

The other backyard rhodo has ten potential blossoms starting to open.

The Japanese dogwood in front of the house is starting to turn pink. Its colour is looking brighter than last year.

Remember all the ferns by the bee house last week? Several of them have been removed to make room for two more rhododendrons.

Looking back towards the house. These two new rhodos should get to be 6-10 feet tall and wide when they are finished growing.
