Only a few leaves have turned yellow so far, but there are lots of them on the ground after a couple of windy days.

Indoors - who knew that Sansevieria (snake plants) can bloom?? It turns out that they like some light and this one, started last spring when a piece broke off one of our big ones, is under lights that make it think it's spring.
This is just the bud - Google says it may be a couple of weeks before the blossoms appear.
I've been growing snake plants since 1965 and this is first one to bloom.

We planted it elsewhere last year and nearly killed it with lack of water but it seems to be coming back to life.

Usually after our stop at the Sieffert's Farm Market we drive past the lookout at Point Holmes and stop for a look!
Today the cloud bank caught our attention! Remember that this is a pano picture and approximately 180o view
