It's almost like a warm fluffy yellow and gold blanket for winters sleep!

Not so many leaves left to fall in the back yard.

(06:11:2025)
The Japanese maple that is dark purple all summer has turned scarlet and is adding its leaves to the cherry leaves.

Indoors - the small Zygo cactuses in windows of the weaving studio are starting to bloom also.

(07:11:2025)
Another one in the next window. Both different colours than the three big ones in the living and dining rooms.

(07:11:2025)

As though I don't have enough cactuses - a new small plant came home from the grocery store!

(08:11:2025)

The miniature Japanese maple in the front yard is starting to turn yellow.

(07:11:2025)

Cherry leaves blown into a pile for bagging.

(08:11:2025)
Wait a day and the miniature maple is almost all yellow!

(08:11:2025)

Leaf bagging has begun. Two of those bags are leftovers from the big leaf maples in the back yard.

(08:11:2025)

After a trip to the store for more bags, the front yard is (temporarily) all bagged.
