Sara Anne visits September 9th to 12th

Our friend lives in Portland and this was her first visit to Vancouver Island.
Besides exploring downtown Courtenay we went to the Comox Marina.

She was really interested in all of the sail boats.

On the 11th we went to Quadra Island, where we again had lunch at the Tsa-Kwa-Luten Lodge, and then went to the Nuyumbalees Cultural Centre only to discover that it was closed for the year.
But we were still able to examine the totems poles in front.
