We found this gorgeous dahlia - about 8 inches across - hiding at the side of the house where no one could see it, so it came indoors.

It may be fall but there is still some colour outdoors - like these dried up hydrangea blossoms.

We have several pink and red fibrous begonias lining the flower beds.

Up on the back deck we will soon have lettuce ready to eat until it freezes - which may be a while here.

|
The stacked pots have parsley, onions, chives, and some more lettuce starts.

In the back yard - a windy day brought down the first of the maple leaves. There will be MANY more before they are done.
