Starting with 20 pounds of roma tomatoes.

Make this concentrated tomato juice/paste.

Turn the handle and juice comes out one side, seeds and skins go out the other.

Two pots condensed to fill one pot.

Fourteen 1.5 and 2 cup bags ready for the freezer.

It was tricky to fit three cookie sheets into the freezer.
