This is the second blossom on the Neptune rose - we missed the first during the few hot days we've had.

We have two potted spireas beside our front door that are just starting to bloom.

The hot days have resulted in buds all over the blue hydrangea - more blossoms to come!

Turns out the mast for the anemometer is too susceptible to wind and especially heat and sun. It was slowly bending away from the afternoon sun. This base was added with guy wires to hold it straight.
