Our plants starts for this year. Lots of grape size tomato's, some cucumbers, herbs, and lettuce. All of the tomatoes are the sort we can put in hanging baskets because there is no 'in ground' garden area left in this yard.

Dahlias, and Canna lilies for the flower beds. The red tinge is because of the LED grow lights we are changing over to. We do have to keep some florescent lights just for our own visual sanity.

Start two to four seeds in a pot and transplant as soon as the leaves separate in to one to two plant pots.

The left side is the 'transplants'. The front three are cucumbers transplanted on Monday March 7th. and seem to be thriving.

This is a bit of an experiment for us. The plant is a red dracaena, that we have been bringing in for winter for 4 years. Now not that there is anything unique about it, just that it stands out in the front yard in the summer. As with all good Dracaena, it dropped its lower leaves and got more palm tree like every year. Yeah like it's not suppose to do that eh! In January we "lumbered" it! Took the tree prune and cut it into several parts. This being the 'top' section, which has started to root. The original root is still in its pot with no signs of new growth. And two sections from the middle are in potting soil, one vertical (no joy there yet either), and one horizontal (like you would restart a Hawaiian Ti plant.)
