Indoors - one of the Zygo cactuses is blooming again.

Up close and personal. These blossoms look like birds to me.

Outside - with apologies to all of our friends and family who are still in the snow zone- spring seems to be actually arriving.
The crocuses in the flower beds come in many colours. This one glows.

Over there a white one.

Lots of purple.
(16:03:2023)
And how about light mauve.

These were chewed off by a rabbit last year, but seem to be coming back.

The front yard has only a few snowdrops - this one with a crocus hiding in the middle.

One small miniature iris. There used to be more of these.
(16:03:2023)
Some more purple ones. They are scattered under one of the small trees in the front yard.

The very first blossom on a hellebore. These are really late - they didn't like the rain in January or the snow in February.

The only thing blooming in the back yard is snow drops. This big clump recovered after being covered with snow after they first started to bloom.
There are peony sprouts appearing there too.
