These plants turn out to be volunteer crocus! Who knew they were there while the space was grass. The first fall we were in Courtenay we planted what turned out to be a big deer attraction. Now they are popping up all over. The front yard in Kelowna had 300 or 400 hundred crocus that had been planted over the years so we started carrying on the tradition here! (20:03:2025) |
